Your problem stays
between us.
No legal maze. This page says exactly what is collected when you talk to the intake, where it lives, who reads it, and how to have it removed — in the same plain language as everything else here.
Three things. Your contact details — name, work email, and your company if you choose to give one — so I can come back to you with the plan. Your answers in the intake conversation. And any files you choose to attach, such as a screenshot or an export.
There is no advertising tracking on this site — no analytics pixels, no ad cookies, no third-party trackers.
In a private, encrypted database on the platform that hosts this site (Replit). Everything travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) — the padlock in your browser. Nothing is stored on shared drives or passed around by email.
One person: Nyasha Maseko. Nine9 Digital is a one-person operation — there is no team, no agency, no outsourcing. Your intake is never shared with anyone else and never sold. Full stop.
One purpose: understanding your problem well enough to write your solution plan and prepare for our first call. Your email is used to send you that plan and to arrange the call — not for newsletters or marketing lists.
The intake conversation is powered by Claude, an AI model from Anthropic. Your answers are sent to Anthropic’s service to generate each reply — that is what makes the conversation work. Under the terms this site uses, that data is not used to train their public models.
For as long as it is useful to the work we might do together. If we never work together, it simply sits unused — and one email from you removes it entirely.
At any time, email nyashamaseko99@gmail.com and ask to see everything held about you, or to have it deleted. Deletion means the conversation, the files, and the contact details — gone from the database, not archived somewhere.
Ask the person who built it: nyashamaseko99@gmail.com. You will get an answer from me, not a policy team.
